At Retrospec, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 50 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
